ZviZZer THERMO HYBRID PAD BLACK (SOFT) 140/15/125mm – Hybrid Polishing Pad

This hybrid polishing pad from the ZviZZer PROFESSIONAL THERMO POLISHING SYSTEM series is designed for Dual Action machines. It boasts the lowest cutting force among THERMO HYBRID pads, making it ideal for removing moderate scratches from paintwork.

It is made from a combination of high-quality merino wool and 5mm synthetic fibers. The pad is mounted on a special fabric spacer and an innovative THERMO BLACK sponge, which regulates the pad’s cutting force. The pad is highly resistant to high temperatures, does not soften, and does not lose its properties during use.

The high-quality fibers and foam offer excellent cutting properties and an easy-to-finish surface. It is also ideal for removing scratches from damaged surfaces.

It works very well with ZviZZer HC4000 compound. For professional use, we recommend the THERMO HC1500 paste.

ZviZZer THERMO HYBRID PAD’Z pads are available in three hardness grades:

HARD – thanks to the THERMO GREEN sponge, it offers the strongest cutting properties.

MEDIUM – thanks to the THERMO BLUE sponge, it offers a medium cutting performance among THERMO HYBRID PADS.

SOFT – thanks to the THERMO BLACK sponge, it has the least aggressive cutting profile.
